• Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly

Behind The Board reserves the sole right to determine whether any product issue constitutes a defect or qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

• Returns are only accepted for items that are defective      or damaged upon arrival
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, or      minor dimensional differences are not considered defects
• To request a return or replacement, you must contact us      within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the      issue
• Approved returns must be shipped back in original or      equivalent packaging

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria.

All return, refund, repair, or replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Behind The Board.
